It checks your pasted report against four categories institutional LPs expect: section coverage (performance, portfolio, commentary, framework, risk, outlook), quantitative disclosure (net returns, benchmarks, AUM, risk stats), narrative quality, and transparency (fees, valuation source, disclaimers).

The grading itself runs entirely from deterministic pattern matching. If you request AI commentary, only the computed score and pass/fail results are sent to the model — never your report's raw text.

The grader looks for a heading-like line or the relevant keywords. If your section uses an unusual heading or phrasing, it may score a partial or zero even though the content is there — use the fix suggestions to make the intent unambiguous to both LPs skimming and this tool.
